2 teens accused of attempted robbery, shooting that left 1 injured in Philadelphia
Two teenagers are accused of trying to rob a man and then shooting him in Philadelphia on Saturday night.It happened at approximately 9 p.m. on the 1200 block of 41st Street in the city's Wynnefield neighborhood.When officers arrived at the scene, they located a man who had been shot in the chest and arm.He reportedly told authorities that two young men tried to rob him.Authorities say the victim -- who told police he was a legal gun owner -- exchanged gunfire with the suspects.The suspects then fled the scene.Police later found a vehicle with two 16-year-old boys inside. One of them was reportedly suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.Investigators believe they attempted the armed robbery and may be connected with other robberies in the area.One teen was arrested while the other was taken to the hospital.Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the police.RELATED: Check the 6abc Neighborhood Safety Tracker
Two nurses and local bystander save Havertown man's life at basketball game
A night this Havertown man will never forget is when three people saved his life while he was under cardiac arrest.Vince Cicione lost consciousness at a basketball tournament; but, it wasn't long before his daughter started CPR.Then, two nurses also came to the aid of the CPR, and utilized an Automated External Defibrillator.They were Liz Babeuf and Kerri Pierangeli. Thanks to all of them, Cicione is alive today.He considers himself lucky to have survived past this March, as he now has 2 grandchildren who have been born since then.For more information, check out the video above.

A man who was collecting payment for vehicle detailing jobs he had completed was gunned down in Philadelphia last year.Now, one of his relatives hopes someone will come forward to help solve the murder.A relative of 55-year-old Mason Reynolds spoke to Action News anonymously. He described Reynolds as a meticulous person."He had hands like magic. He was a perfectionist when it came to anything he touched -- whether it was cars, his appearance, or his work. I-95 northbound in Philadelphia reopens after car crash leaves 2 injured, closes roadway
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A car crash on I-95 caused authorities to temporarily close the northbound lanes between Exit 12: PA 291 Cargo City and Exit 17: PA 611 North Broad/Pattison Avenue, according to ReadyPhiladelphia, the city's emergency notification system.At least two people were injured in the crash that happened shortly after 6 p.m., Pennsylvania State Police told CBS News Philadelphia.The area where the closure was in effect on I-95 northbound reopened shortly after 9 p.m. It's unclear what condition the victims are in and what events led up to the crash. Officials advise drivers to pack their patience and expect residual delays.

An event called Game On! in Philadelphia encouraged young people to come out, play games, enjoy live entertainment, and register to vote for November's general election.It was hosted by Show Up Strong '24 at Dilworth Park on Saturday."If you look around, you can come and play games. Teenager, woman injured after shooting breaks out in Germantown; suspect sought
Two people are injured after a shooting broke out in the Germantown section of Philadelphia on Friday night.It happened at approximately 11:30 p.m. in Fernhill Park along the 4600 block of Morris Street.Police say at the scene, officers located an 18-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman who had been shot.Both victims were transported to a nearby hospital.
