Man Charged With B&E Of A Motor Vehicle, Possession Of Stolen Goods, and Other Charges
The Rowland Police Department has been conducting an ongoing investigation into several motor vehicle break-ins and thefts. During the course of the investigation, 24 year-old Flemming Tillman Ragas was identified as a person of interest. He was interviewed and charged with 6 counts of B&E (Breaking & Entering) Motor Vehicle, Possession of Stolen Goods, 2nd Degree Trespassing, and 2 counts of Misdemeanor Larceny. Ragas is currently being held at the Robeson County Jail under a $100,000 secured bond. The Rowland Police would like to thank everyone who has helped assist in these investigations. Anyone with further information reference to any vehicle break-ins and thefts is asked to contact the Rowland Police Department at 910-422-3311. All suspects are considered innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
