Florence man who died in N.C. kayaking incident identified
BUXTON, N.C. (WMBF) - Officials have identified a man from Florence who died in a kayaking incident over the weekend in North Carolina. Park officials said 72-year-old Ross Fulcher launched a kayak from the beach near Cape Hatteras National Seashore Saturday morning.
