SUNRISE BEACH, Mo. — An owner of Chic's N Dix HonkyTonk & Saloon unexpectedly passed away at the establishment Wednesday afternoon. The U.S. economy grew at a 2.8% annual rate in the second quarter, outpacing expectations.
