The forecast indicates a high risk of excessive heat, with maximum air temperatures ranging from 100 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat index values could surpass 110 degrees, posing significant health risks to residents in Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, and Colorado.
