A brand new family-friendly concept from the owners of Booze Brothers Brewing Company is getting ready to debut soon in Fallbrook at 121 N. Pico Ave.

The company’s third taproom is set to have its soft opening at the end of July, with a grand opening planned for early next month , according to San Diego Magazine . Co-owners Donny and David Firth hope the new location will be more family-friendly compared to its two Booze Brothers Brewing taprooms in Vista and Oceanside. Customers can expect all outdoor seating with a patio and semi-covered space that are both 2,500 square feet , plus an additional 1,000-square-foot in front for games and live music.

This isn’t the company’s first introduction of Party Burgers, as Booze Brothers Brewing started the food concept earlier this year to provide food to their Vista Taproom. Customers will also have many more food options with this location, as Head of Food Operations Dave Pankratz is planning to add some new menu items, including real ice cream milkshakes. The restaurant will also feature some classics featured at the Vista taproom, such as smash burgers. On top of the delicious food, this location will have 12 taps and will feature the company’s core beers, such as the Penny Blonde, Ramble On West Coast IPA, 1-800-Tropics Hazy IPA, and more.

This will be the second time Booze Brothers Brewing will land in Fallbrook. The company opened a third taproom at The Mill in Fallbrook but was forced to close earlier this year after three years in operation due to a landlord and property issue. Now, they will return to the area with a more family-friendly concept that will be open to everyone. Despite this being the second time Booze Brothers Brewing has come to Fallbrook, the company is planning to stay for a while.

“We absolutely love the community up here,” Dave Firth tells San Diego Magazine. “It’s such a tight community—it’s really special.”
