Fire in Huffaker Hills fully contained at 14 acres
RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — A fire that broke out in Huffaker Hills early Friday morning is fully contained at 14.1 acres, according to the Reno Fire Department (RFD). The Reno Fire Department and Truckee Meadows Fire & Rescue responded to the fire near Rattlesnake Mountain around 12:30 a.m. on July 5.

FAA Greenlights New Las Vegas Area Airport
Plans to break ground on a new Las Vegas airport are progressing following the FAA’s recent approval of the project.
