Second storm brings new power outages and road obstructions in Conshohocken, Plymouth, and Whitemarsh
Not all of the power outages from the storm that passed through the July 16th had been resolved when a second storm hit the area during the afternoon on July 17th. In Conshohocken, the storm knocked a tree into a home and into the street along West Elm Street. That didn’t result in a power outage, but the tree is touching the wires.
NEPA man arrested for attacking police officer
An Edwardsville man was arrested after punching and pushing a police officer down the stairs, According to police. Joshua Hall faces aggravated assault charges after a disturbance was reported in his home on Monday afternoon. Hall then allegedly lunged at the police officer, punching her in the face, and pushing her down a flight of stairs, before fleeing on foot. Hall was later arrested by Kingston and Plymouth officers. The officer was transported to Wilkes-Barre General Hospital for the injuries to the left side of her face and her right knee. Hall was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and evading arrest, and is being held without bail.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Delaware Valley is still feeling the effects of powerful, fast-moving storms that hit the region Tuesday afternoon and evening. A man employed by East Stroudsburg Area School District is accused of recording his fiancée's two minor daughters in the bathroom without their knowledge.
