    Man attacked, stabbed at Falls apartment complex. The suspect got away

    A 43-year-old Falls man is recovering after he was stabbed during a robbery attempt in an apartment complex parking lot early Saturday morning.

    Falls police responded to the Pennsbury Woods Apartment in the 900 block of New Falls Road around 1 a.m. June 29 for an attempted robbery and they found the injured man, according to police.

    The victim told police he was walking to his vehicle when he was attacked by a man with a handgun who demanded his wallet and keys. The victim fought the suspect and sustained injuries including a stab wound to his abdomen.

    The suspect ran away and remains at large, police said.

    The victim was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in New Jersey for his injuries.

    The suspect was described as 6-feet tall with a thin build, who appeared to be in 30's, with short black hair; he was wearing jeans, a white shirt, and tan Timberland boots.
