The circus is coming to town. From Aug. 8 to 11, the Paranormal Cirque III will perform six shows under a big top tent in the Clinton Outlets parking lot. A reminder that the first installment of tax on the 2023 Grand List was due July 1, 2024. The last day to pay the July 1, 2024 installment without penalty is August 1, 2024 (US Postmark). Payments not bearing a US Postmark must be received by 4:30 p.m. on August 1, 2024 to avoid interest, per CT Statute 12-146. The tax office is accepting payments in person, by mail, and through the Tax Payment Drop Box (located on the exterior wall of the Tax Collector’s Office). M&T Bank offers in-branch tax payment processing during the month of July for current tax bills. The original tax bill must be provided at time of processing. Tax bills are also viewable and payable online at www.madisonct.org/taxpayments.
