Rockledge Chief of Police John Gallagher announced that overall crime in the borough decreased between January 1 and April 30, 2024. According to the department’s review, theft was down by 25 percent with no motor vehicle thefts, frauds decreased by 43 percent and criminal mischief (vandalism, graffiti, etc.) dropped by 85 percent.
