Like most IL state parks… it show neglect! This past year while walking The effigy tumili trail, signs are “blank” that are supposed to describe what the “sculpted” land depicts!?! And there are other obvious signs of poor/no maintenance! 😢Please staff our State Parks with enough hired help!!🤞💪🏻
