The last time he had played against the Mets was a nine-strikeout outing in six innings with seven hits and four runs allowed on April 19. This time around, Yamamoto pitched for four innings where he allowed four hits but struck out the lineup eight times as the Boys in Blue came out as heavy as they did in game three.</p><p>Shohei Ohtani <a href="https://lasportshub.com/posts/shohei-ohtani-makes-dodgers-history-incredible-friday-performance-01j62p84pe13">has had a lot of success</a> when runners are on base, however, it has not been the same luck when he is the leadoff man. This tied Reggie Jackson for the most consecutive postseason plate appearances. </p><p>Mookie Betts had himself a game to remember when he cleared the bases in the top of the fourth inning before he came back in the top of the sixth where Betts brought Ohtani home again. Los Angeles did not have to worry about anything but hitting dingers and robbing them too. </p><p>In the end, another blowout win would be the result of Game 4 as the Boys in Blue walked out with back-to-back dubs and a shot at a final win awaiting them in enemy territory as they hope to punch their ticket to a second World Series in five years. </p></div></body>
