Babies R Us will open 11 Illinois stores, including one in Springfield
Kohl’s department store in Springfield will be one of the retail chain's 11 locations in Illinois to add a Babies 'R' Us franchise. Kohl's recently announced that the first Babies 'R' Us shops will open next month and will continue opening through the fall.
