CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) - Several people were arrested after multiple fights broke out at the Chesterfield County Fair. “We don’t understand why people just want to cause havoc. It’s very disappointing to those of us who work year-round to make this such a fun family event,” said Brenda White Vaughn, the general manager of the Chesterfield County Fair.
