NC man arrested in Fayette County for burglary

FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Sheriff’s Office in Fayette County has reported that a man from North Carolina is currently facing serious charges.

According to Sheriff Mike Fridley, the incident took place on the evening of June 29, 2024, when deputies responded to a trespassing complaint on Summerlee Road. It was reported that the individual had forcibly entered a residence and attempted to start a confrontation with the occupants, who were later identified as the man’s ex-girlfriend’s family.

Upon the deputies’ arrival, evidence of forced entry and damage to the residence was discovered. Antonio Reyes, aged 29 and from North Carolina, has been charged with burglary, as well as misdemeanor offenses of trespassing and destruction of property.
