    Fulton common pleas

    Shawn Quigley, 53, Fayette, appeared for sentencing on charges of trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony; theft, a first-degree misdemeanor;and criminal damaging or endangering, a second-degree misdemeanor. He was placed on community control for three years with conditions, including that he complete the SEARCH program and not consume alcoholic beverages or marijuana. The trespass charge had been amended from burglary, a second-degree felony.

    Dorian Burress, 39, Wauseon, pleaded not guilty to two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, each a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 30 and his bond was continued.

    Dylan Hall, 28, Wauseon, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 10 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.
