Hughes is also facing delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with intent to deliver and tampering with physical evidence charges.
Fletcher and Hughes are also facing possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to deliver and failure to keep records of drugs charges.
Parish is also facing a possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance with intent to deliver charge.
According to a police report, the 4th Judicial District Task Force received a tip earlier this month about a Fayetteville address where narcotics were being distributed.
A detective, with the assistance of a confidential informant, bought 108 grams from Hughes during a controlled buy operation.
On Thursday, detectives saw Parish leave the home. She was later stopped by Fayetteville police but was let go with a warning, according to the report.
A search warrant was executed at the home around 9 a.m. Thursday. Hughes reportedly looked through the windows, and detectives told him to open the door.
The report says detectives heard him run through the home. After entering the home, they heard the upstairs toilet flushing and found Hughes sitting on the toilet.
Drug packaging materials that tested positive for meth were found surrounding the toilet, according to the report. The detective in the report said Hughes flushed the toilet to destroy evidence.
