Struggling emotionally, mentally and physically, the road to recovery seems stagnant for Hali Bradford, a Lafayette police officer who was shot and injured in line of duty. Bradford was one of two officers shot on Aug. 5. A toddler, 19-month-old Kaci Cyprian, was killed and her her older brother, Kaisyn Cyprian, and an elderly woman were also wounded in the shooting.
