Tradition: Hundreds of people gathered to celebrate Erda Days
Erda’s yearly celebration took place over the weekend with Erda Days celebrated on Friday, July 12 and Saturday July 13. Friday evening’s celebration began at 6:30 p.m. at the Warr Memorial Park where a pulled pork dinner and a talent show were held. Around 225 people attended the dinner and talent show, according to Chris Connelly, a member of the Erda Days committee.
Local business man to unveil buffalo Saturday
A new buffalo will be unveiled on Saturday between the Tooele Marketplace and Asylum 49 at 140 East 200 South in Tooele City. This buffalo isn’t part of Tooele City’s official buffalo herd.
