International ‘Peace Run’ to pass through Viroqua next week
The Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run, an international torch relay, is scheduled to pass through Viroqua on Wednesday, July 24, sometime in the afternoon. The Peace Run will cover 103 miles on the 24th, running from Winona to Richland Center on State Highway 14, passing the Peace Torch along the way. The international team is from six different countries and will be on the road for 4-months to promote peace, harmony and friendship.

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – Wisconsin Congressman Derrick Van Orden is accusing a protester of assaulting him in downtown Milwaukee.
