Grieving mom pushes for Grieving Families Act after son dies in Albany Med ER
ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) — CBS 6 is hearing from the mother taking legal action against Albany Med Health System after her toddler died on its watch. Keri-Sue McManus wants accountability for the death of her three-year old son Micah, a death she believes was preventable. She believes the governor can provide that accountability by signing the Grieving Families Act.
