Non-violent drug offenders graduate from Lubbock Drug Court downtown
LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Several previous non-violent drug offenders in Lubbock are celebrating recovery tonight. Drug Court graduation was held downtown on Thursday afternoon.
