South Fremont graduate produces full-length album featuring school’s music groups
ST. ANTHONY — Sometimes all it takes to make a dream come true is to make it happen. Take, for example, Davy Kynoch who graduated from South Fremont High School in St. Anthony a few weeks ago. Kynoch has loved music for a long time and started writing and producing his own music when he was 15. He participated in his school’s band, choir, and jazz band, making connections that eventually led to producing a full-length album featuring the school’s music programs.

Canyon County Fair gets going in Caldwell
CALDWELL, Idaho — This article originally appeared in the Idaho Press. The Canyon County Fair returns to Caldwell this week for its 138th iteration. As per usual, the fair will feature animals, concerts, rides, popular food items and family-friendly events all weekend long. Fair organizers expect about 60,000 attendees during the four-day event.
New mocktail bar brings active night life to downtown Rexburg
REXBURG – Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name … or at least the type of environment you enjoy hanging out in. The latter is the focus of a new mocktail bar at 32 College Avenue in Rexburg called Fizz Rizz. The non-alcoholic bar opened July 4 and offers daiquiris, pina coladas, margaritas, flavored sodas and more. It also has pool tables and arcade games. A space to have dances and live performances is in the works.
