Two face aggravated battery to police officer charges following separate incidents
Two people have been charged in Marion County Court with separate aggravated battery incidents involving Centralia Police. 28-year-old Haley Nardone of West Warmouth in Salem was charged with aggravated battery for allegedly striking an officer in the head with a cup of water in an incident last Thursday. Police encountered Nardone when investigating a battery complaint. Nardone has also been charged with resisting or obstructing a police officer for allegedly refusing to have her hands placed in handcuffs.
