They are IMPOSSIBLE to work with and go out of their way to make adopting a pet frustrating and fruitless! the humane society is the LAST place I would go, the SPCA in Jamestown makes adopting a pet very simple and they seem to WANT to find these pets forever homes, the humane society is the polar opposite!
