Note: The improvements would NOT be in any already designated GREEN spaces, rather on swaths of land within those parks defined as recreation and buildable. AND that would only be if improvements were petitioned by those communities. On the Golf courses, the Charity is nation wide and they purchase abandoned, run down golf courses and restore them for the benefit of all in those communities, bringing down the cost of daily green fees, making also golf a sport for the citizens at large not just the wealthy. Also the fees collected are slated for the benefit of first responders families etc.
