A grilled steak will always win me over, however, pairing this protein with a flavorful topping takes it to elite status. That’s why our Grilled Steak with Fresh Corn Salsa is one of my favorites as dressing up juicy sirloin steak with a blend of corn kernels, red onion, cilantro and a kiss of Southwest seasoning. It’s a quick topper that takes five minutes to prepare and is ready to go once the steak is grilled, rested and sliced. Your dinner guests will devour this hearty and zesty main without hesitation!

This recipe calls for grilling a whole 1¼-pound sirloin steak, but you can cook individual steaks to your desired level of doneness. Want to add an extra layer of smoky flavor? Grill the corn on the cob until it’s caramelized and tender. Tell us if you plan on whipping up this steak and corn dish in the comments below!
