    Yogurt weight loss journey: Mary Jo sheds 105 lbs—and reduces her diabetes risk

    For nearly 50 years, Mary Jo Liccar tried frustrating diet after diet, starting at age 12. Spoiler: They all failed. She reveals, “None of them addressed the reasons I overate.”

    The stakes only grew as Mary Jo got older and developed high cholesterol. She was also worried about her blood-sugar levels. She says, “I was not diagnosed with diabetes yet, but it most likely was in my future.”
