September 22 marks the official start of fall, and that can only mean one thing: time for a Gilmore Girls binge. And now, instead of ending your day in Stars Hollow, you can actually start it there! The popular Hatch alarm clock has announced the release of a limited-edition Gilmore Girls setting, featuring the show's classic colors and theme song. Keep scrolling for more.

What to know about the ‘Gilmore Girls’ X Hatch alarm clock

According to the press release obtained by First for Women , the Gilmore feature will be part of the Hatch+ subscription and is guaranteed to make you “feel like you’re waking up in the dreamy world of Stars Hollow.”

The new feature will also allow “you to start your mornings with the iconic Gilmore Girls theme song paired with the cozy glow of our new pumpkin spice latte light.”

The content became available on Monday, 9/16 and will be available for six weeks.

“ The iconic ‘Lalala’ from Gilmore Girl s is back, just in time for fall ! Cozy up and unwind with this beloved sound on Hatch, now available as a soothing ‘Cue to Unwind’ or an alarm on your Restore 1 and 2,” the alarm clock brand wrote in an Instagram post. “Perfect for bringing a touch of Stars Hollow to your day and night. This is our second year launching this fan-favorite sound for the season, and we couldn’t be more excited to help you relax Gilmore-style.”

The collaboration will also help ensure people get a good night's rest during the shift in seasons, according to Dr. Angela Holliday-Bell, a sleep specialist and brand ambassador for Hatch.

"I love the idea of marrying nostalgic moments like the Gilmore Girls theme song with your morning and sleep routine," she exclaims. "It triggers feelings of enjoyment and allows your brain to connect those same emotions with either your bedtime or morning routines. I think it just adds another layer of enjoyment and customization to the Hatch experience which gives people something to look forward to."

"Adding this sound to your routine helps your brain to connect the sound (which many already associate with positive feel feel-good emotion) with your morning or wind-down routines, making them both that much more enjoyable and adding an audio cue that can help anchor your circadian rhythm to the relaxation of your wind-down routine or as a way to stimulate release of those feel-good hormones as you are about to start your day."

Fans react to ‘Gilmore Girls’ and Hatch collaboration

Since Gilmore Girls is a lot of people’s favorite fall show, and the Hatch Alarm Clock is also an internet favorite, it's no surprise people are loving this team up.

“ My @hatchforsleep unwind cues keep me in my Rory Gilmore reading mode— even better when it’s the limited edition Gilmore Girls cue. Less doom scrolling, more reading to the lalas softly playing,” writes Gilmore to Say: A Gilmore Girls Podcast in an Instagram post promoting the podcast.

Fans of the show and the alarm clock were loving it, too. “This collab is everything,” writes one user. “I have so much trouble falling asleep, so I feel like this would be perfect for me! Definitely need to get one!” writes another.

Along with the Stars Hollow setting, the alarm clock brand is also releasing Halloween Hatch setting for spooky season

“For an extra seasonal touch, explore Halloween-themed bedtime tales on the Hatch+ subscription that will make you laugh more than jump – perfect for a touch of spooky fun without the fright," the company wrote in the press release.”

How much is a Hatch + subscription?

Sadly, the Gilmore Girls and Halloween settings will only be available to people with a Hatch+ subscription, which costs $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year.

Along with the fall season settings, the subscription also has customizable morning and nighttime routines that allow you to choose your favorite colors, audios and more. It also grants you access to various meditation practices and voice notes that you can send to other people with Hatch +, and the alarm clock can even read your little ones a bedtime story.

However, if you don’t have Hatch +, you still get the basic settings such as the sunrise lights to wake you up, white noise to help you fall asleep and settings entitled “Rest” and “Rise” that help you develop a bedtime routine without a device.
