A house at 45 Rollins Drive in the Seascape subdivision in Palm Coast was the top real estate transaction for May 2-8 in Palm Coast and Flagler County. The home sold on May 7 for $1,120,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 4/4.5 and has one fireplace, a pool, a two-story lanai and 3,269 square feet. It last sold in 2012 for $238,000.
