Big Lots announce store closings. Here's the one closing in Pennsylvania
Big-box retailer Big Lots recently announced the closure of dozens of locations by the end of the year, and a location in Pennsylvania is among those marked for closure. There are 73 Big Lots in Pennsylvania, and according to the location finder on Big Lots website, the Big Lots in Exton is set to close before the end of the year.
Winning PA Lottery ticket sold in Bucks County. Jackpot worth $860,000
A jackpot-winning Pennsylvania Lottery Match 6 Lotto ticket worth $860,000 was sold in Bucks County on Monday, according to the PA Lottery. "The ticket correctly matched all six winning numbers, 2-4-5-7-9-11, to win the $860,000 jackpot prize, less applicable withholding," according to the lottery. The winning ticket was sold at Smoker’s Express, 3 Bustleton Pike, Feasterville-Trevose. The store "will earn a $5,000 bonus for selling the big winning ticket," according to a news release. Dash cam catches big rig rear-ending car, sending it flying into woods
Dash cam video shows a major crash involving a big rig that occurred on a Pennsylvania interstate last week. The crash occurred on July 19 at 7:15 p.m. on I-380 near Dunmore. In the video, you can see a box truck followed by a white sedan traveling at slower speeds in the right lane of I-380 with hazard lights activated. A red Mazda Miata driven by Patrick Ryder and a second white sedan both attempt to move left to avoid the slower vehicles. However, before the Miata can move over, it is hit from the rear by a semi truck, causing the car to veer left across the interstate into a wooded area.
