One person from North Carolina is sick in a multi-state Listeria outbreak possibly connected to deli meat, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Friday.The CDC said many people in the outbreak reported eating meat sliced at deli counters prior to getting sick. Twenty-eight people have been infected in 12 states, including North Carolina. NCSU settles legal disagreement with former Poe Hall student, worker
North Carolina State University and a former grad student end employee have resolved a legal dispute related to the Poe Hall shutdown, according to a court filing Friday. NCSU has asked the state Supreme Court to lift a stay in the case.
