Sidney woman charged with rape, pandering obscenity
SIDNEY — On Wednesday, Sidney resident Michelle Schmerge, 34, was taken to jail and set on cash bond for $1,000,091 for raping her one-year-old son and filming it. Shelby County prosecutors have charged Schmerge with rape involving a victim younger than 13 years of age and pandering obscenity involving a minor, a charge set when a person creates, reproduces, buys, sells, advertises for sale, publicly distributes, or displays any obscene material of a juvenile.
Mother seen in viral video appearing to scream and hit baby, pleads guilty in court
