ST. CHARLES, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Two women are facing charges of elderly abuse after three elderly individuals were found inside a hot van in St. Charles. According to police, someone contacted them after noticing a van with three people inside, all the doors and windows locked, and the engine off. The witness said they went into a nearby store asking for an announcement regarding the vehicle. After several minutes, they noticed the doors were unlocked. Witnesses then opened the doors to allow air to circulate.

Ballwin man dies in crash on I-64 Saturday
ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. — A fatal crash in St. Charles County led to the death of a Ballwin man, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol's crash report. Ali Nazemi-Tabrizi, 68, was driving westbound on Interstate 64 when he ran off the right side of the roadway around noon on Saturday.
