TLC & Shaggy To Perform Live in The Premier Theater at Foxwoods in Ledyard

Connecticut, come out and catch two of the biggest musical acts together, performing live at Foxwoods Resort Casino! The 90's hitmakers TLC and Shaggy will take the stage on August 24, 2024 at 8pm in The Preniere Theater. Foxwoods is located at 350 Trolley Line Boulevard in Ledyard, Connecticut.

Come out for a night of dancing and singing where you can hear all of TLC's hit singles; ''Creep'', "Ain't 2 Proud 2 Beg", ''Waterfalls'', ''Scrubs'', and ''Unpretty'' just to name a few. The 4 time Grammy Award-winning group have sold over 23 million albums in the United States (including one certified diamond album) and 11 million singles. TLC is known as the talented girl group who have created and performed music from several different genres including; pop, hip-hop and r&b. They have also influenced fashion and female empowerment, which they continue to do. Originally a trio, the all-female group formed in Atlanta in 1990 with TLC co founder, the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes.

The Jamaican-born musician Shaggy is known for his reggae and dancehall hit singles "It Wasn't Me", "In The Summertime", "Oh Carolina", "Boombastic" and "Angel". Shaggy has been nominated for several Grammy Awards. He took home the trophy twice, once for Best Reggae Album with ''Boombastic'' in 1996 and ''44/876'' with Sting in 2019. He also won the Brit Award for International Male Solo Artist in 2002, as stated on Wikipedia.
