There has been some breaking news in the Graceland auction fraud case! A Missouri woman has been arrested for allegedly trying to take over Elvis Presley's Graceland mansion in a fraudulent manner and scam the Presley family out of millions. According to the court documents, the woman in question, Lisa Jeanine Findley, who allegedely has gone by several other names, planned to scheme the Presley family out of the historic landmark, Graceland.

''Findley allegedly posed as three different individuals affiliated with a fictitious private lender named Naussany Investments & Private Lending LLC (Naussany Investments). Findley allegedly claimed falsely that Elvis Presley’s daughter had borrowed $3.8 million in 2018 from Naussany Investments, pledged Graceland as collateral for the loan, and failed to repay the debt. To settle the purported claim, Findley allegedly sought $2.85 million from Elvis Presley’s family,'' as stated on the Justice.gov website.

Because the ''company'' alleges that the late Lisa Marie Presley failed to pay back the $3.8 million loan on Graceland, Elvis' granddaughter, Actress Riley Keough, filed documents claiming that the paper work the company filed was fraudulent and that the signatures of both Elvis' daughter Lisa Marie Presley and a Florida State Notary Public were forged.

The case is being thoroughly investigated by both the FBI Memphis Field Office and the USPIS, as well as assistance from the FBI Kansas City Field Office. ''All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law,'' as stated on the Justice.gov website,
