Super Bowl Champ Travis Kelce Set To Film "Happy Gilmore 2" Cameo

It's been confirmed! Adam Sandler will start shooting “Happy Gilmore 2” in just a few weeks. It will be the sequel to the 1996 comedy classic that starts shooting in New Jersey and wait until you see who is going to be in it!

The cast is going to include many familiar faces from the first ''Happy Gilmore'' movie as we as several professional golfers. There will also be a few special cameos in the film, including one from 3x Super Bowl champ from the Kansas City Chiefs, Travis Kelce, which was confirmed during an interview on The Tonight Show, that Adam Sandler did recently.

''After Kelce, 34, said in May he'd ''do anything'' for a part in Sandler’s long-awaited Happy Gilmore sequel, Sandler confirmed that he has just the part for the Kansas City Chiefs tight end. “Travis has … he mentioned it, so we have a nice something for Travis,” Sandler, 57, said on the Tuesday, August 20, episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,'' as stated on the US Magazine website.

This won't be the first acting role for Travis Kelce. He has decided to break into acting with a few upcoming gigs already under his belt including; Ryan Murphy’s FX series “Grotesquerie” and the Lionsgate action-comedy film “Loose Cannons”. Adam Sandler also teased that there would be a part in the movie for Benny Safdie, who is an actor, film director, and screenwriter.
