It looks like the estranged husband of actress Leah Remini, restaurateur Angelo Pagan, asked the judge to NOT allow the actress to receive any spousal support! Leah Remini sited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the breakdown of the marriage after 21 years (28 years in total) and one college age daughter together.

Leah seems to be following in the footsteps of her one time BFF Jennifer Lopez and did not obtain a lawyer when filing for divorce. Last month, JLo filed for divorce from her 4th husband of 2 years, actor Ben Affleck. Leah Remini also posted the divorce announcement on Instagram to let her more than 3 million fans know of the news.

Leah Remini is known by millions of fans for both her leading role in the comedy ''King of Queens'' and for her work since leaving Scientology. Her book, Troublemaker: Survivng Hollywood and Scientology was published in November of 2015. The book details her life, acting career, and experiences as a member of Scientology, which she had been a member since a very young age, as well as her departure from the church.
