Taylor Swift Makes History At The VMA's

Taylor Swift ruled the night at the VMA's! The pop princess broke records Wednesday night at the MTV Video Music Awards. She won seven VMA trophys, including the biggest prize for the night, video of the year.

In her speech she thanked her 'boyfriend Travis' for being with her on set of her “Fortnight” music video and for lovingly cheering her on during filming. Of course swifties reacted with wild applause at the mention of her main man, NFL star, Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs.

''In her acceptance speech for video of the year, she thanked her boyfriend Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. "When I'd finish a take, and I'd say cut, and we'd be done with that take, I'd always just hear someone like cheering and like 'whoo' from across the studio," she said. "And that one person was my boyfriend Travis. Everything this man touches turns to happiness and fun and magic," according to USA Today.

Taylor Swift also urged her young fans over the age of 18 to vote in November for the Presidential Election. This came one day after the singer endorsed Kamala Harris for President with a lengthy Instagram post. The announcement was made after the debate between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris, and went viral immediately.
