Country music stars have rallied to help the victims of Hurricane Helene! Country music icon Dolly Parton will make a $1 Million donation for Hurricane Helene relief, she announced at a Walmart in Newport, Tennessee, on Friday, October 3, 2024. Dolly Parton's home state of Tennessee is one of the many states affected by Hurricane Helene along with Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, North Carolina and Georgia.

"I really, really wish that we were all together for another reason, but we all have seen the devastation," said Parton while announcing her donation. In addition to Walmart increasing its commitment of $6 million to a $10 million donation to hurricane relief efforts, Parton will now donate $1 million to the Mountain Ways Foundation,'' as as reported by PEOPLE.

Another country superstar is stepping up. Miranda Lambert wants to save the animals who are also victim's of the destructive category 4 hurricane. Miranda Lambert’s MuttNation Foundation is donating $100,000 to help the animals impacted by Hurricane Helene.
