It's time to celebrate lambs! Mariah Carey will be performing live at the American Music Award's 50th Anniversary Special! The AMA's offficial X account gave Mariah a shout-out on social media yesterday. The multi-award winning singer-songwriter was in the building rehearsing for the AMA special that airs tonight, Sunday, October 6, 2024.

The post on X reads ''The queen @MariahCarey stopped by to rehearse for her performance at #AMAs50 tomorrow! Watch the #AMAs 50th Anniversary Special TOMORROW 8ET | 5PT on @CBS and streaming on @paramountplus.'' The 2-hour special airs coast to coast on CBS at 8pm EST.

The star-studded performances include; Gladys Knight, Green Day, Jennifer Hudson, Kane Brown, Stray Kids, Brad Paisley and more. Featured celebrity appearances include Jennifer Lopez, Carrie Underwood, Gloria Estefan, and talk show host Jimmy Kimmel.

Country crooner Brad Paisley will honor country music legend, the late Charley Pride, who is the first American Music Award recipient for both Country Male and Country Album. Brad Paisley will also perform his brand new hit single.
