Florence man sentenced to decade for sexual assault
A Florence man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for sexually assaulting a woman as she slept. On Nov. 13, Pinal County Superior Court Judge Jason Homberg sentenced Mark Pearson, 56, to 10 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections, followed by lifetime probation, according to a Pinal County Attorney’s Office press release. Pearson also has to register as a sex offender.
