If you're a fan of dim sum or just exploring new tastes, Ha Long Bay Restaurant is a must-visit spot. The all-day dim sum is a real treat, especially since it's available even at dinner time. I particularly enjoyed the roast duck and the perfectly made custard buns. Although the oyster sauce with Chinese broccoli didn't stand out much, the overall food experience was delightful, possibly even more so because I was quite hungry when I visited.

During my visit, I noticed the restaurant offers a mix of Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine, providing a wide selection for any palate. Over the weekend, they have this charming cart service that brings around smaller dishes and desserts. It's a fantastic way to try a variety of dishes, especially if you're dining with a group. While the service was a bit slow, with the waiter checking in mainly at the beginning and end of our meal, the quality of the food made up for it. The place was bustling, yet the staff managed to keep up with continuous service, which was impressive.

The dim sum here is not to be missed. From the pan-fried chive dumpling to the promise of trying the pork and chive dumpling next time, each dish was served with a smile. The friendly attendants and the quick service added to the experience, making it a place I'd love to visit again with friends and family to explore more of their offerings.

Ate there once, general tso, microwaved chicken tater tots and goopy sauce. It was insulting. It was a travesty.
