During my recent visit to Chili's Grill & Bar, I had a mixed dining experience that left me with a lot to ponder. The eggplant dish I tried was just average, and the grilled squid didn't live up to my expectations, which was quite disappointing. However, the shaved ice dessert did manage to end my meal on a high note with its delightful taste.
Service seemed to be a hit or miss. On one hand, some staff members appeared overwhelmed, which significantly delayed service, including a long wait for simple drink refills and food orders. The floor was also noticeably unkept. On the other hand, there were moments when the service shone, particularly at the bar where the atmosphere felt more managed and the food tasted noticeably better.
Despite these inconsistencies, I believe giving Chili's another chance might be worth it, especially for those who enjoy sweet endings—the desserts here can indeed be a treat. If you're planning a visit, perhaps a seat at the bar might offer a more pleasant experience.
