    An alarming healthcare study shows Florida women are dying from preventable causes. David Radley with The Commonwealth Fund blames access to affordable insurance. He says 29-percent of women don't even have a doctor to call if they feel sick. Florida has a higher than the U-S average rate of women who die while pregnant, give birth without prenatal care and die of breast and cervical cancer. Radley says the state needs to expand the eligibility for Medicaid.
