Are these the top 3 pizza places in NJ

If there is one thing that people will fight for it is their local pizza place, the one where the food is the best and no one else can change your mind. There are so many different styles of pizza both regionally and taste profiles it can be a daunting task, so we naturally asked our AI assistant to do the heavy lifting. It is no secret the big rage these days is the use of artificial intelligence for just about everything, depending on the expectation results are still hit and miss. We thought it would be fun to ask about pizza and then see what winds up in the comments here.

So the query was quite simple, what are the top 3 pizza places in NJ. The response was quick and to the point - Here are three of the top pizza places in New Jersey:

    1. Razza in Jersey City: Known for its wood-fired pizzas made with locally sourced ingredients and artisanal cheeses, Razza offers a delicious and unique dining experience.

Below you find a treasure of a pizza, it is not cheap a Margarita as shown below is $25

We have not tried any of the places AI crowned as the best of the best. Razza had me immediately interested, I do love a wood fired pizza in a classic neapolitan style. Dan Richer was born and raised in Matawan, New Jersey. He received his Bachelor’s degree at Rutgers University, where he skipped the graduation ceremony and flew to Italy. We would do the same thing if we had a do-over. The second AI pick was a different style as you will see below.

    2. Papa's Tomato Pies in Robbinsville: Established in 1912, Papa's Tomato Pies claims to be the oldest pizzeria in America. Their thin-crust tomato pies are a must-try for any pizza enthusiast.

We love trying legacy locations, anyone who has been open since 1912 must be doing something right. They are selling 16" pizzas cut in 8 slices for $17, but they do have an odd pizza on the menu. They actually have a spicy mustard pizza, I would try a bit if you paid for it but I am not sure it is my style. Dave Portnoy in 2019 said it was a bucket list pizza place and rated a 8.9, so let us know what you think. The third pick oddly was also in Robbinsville, and slightly different style as well.

    3. De Lorenzo's Tomato Pies in Robbinsville: Another long-standing pizzeria in New Jersey, De Lorenzo's Tomato Pies serves up traditional thin-crust tomato pies with fresh toppings and a flavorful sauce that keeps customers coming back for more.

A signature tomato pie here will run you $18.75, and it is a true thin crust. We would really like to try this one as well. Dave Portnoy rated these folks a 9.2 and you could hear that crunch after every bite.

I am not sure how AI decided to create this list from the data but apparently either settled the arguement or started a new one. The one thing that is evident is these establishments have earned a reputation for their exceptional pizzas and commitment to quality ingredients, making them top choices for pizza lovers in New Jersey.
