Prestonsburg men charged with animal cruelty
Two Prestonsburg men are facing eight counts of second-degree cruelty to animals after, Kentucky State Police said, complaints led them to their residence. Scholarship awarded in honor of Floyd Schools’ Central Office retirees
The Floyd County Schools District has announced the award of a $500 scholarship to Prestonsburg High School student Anastasia Settles.
