Floyd man charged with break-in after he’s found lying in store’s floor
BETSY LAYNE, Ky. — A Floyd County man was arrested breaking into a store, after he was found inside, lying in the floor. A sheriff’s deputy responded to the Family Dollar at Betsy Layne Saturday morning, after an employee arrived to open the store and found the front window broken. The employee remained outside because she didn’t know if the intruder was still inside, so the deputy went inside to check.
