Two Arrests, Each On Multiple Warrants From Bryan Municipal Court
A Bryan man is in and out of the Brazos County jail for the fourth time in less than two years on warrants for not paying fines in multiple Bryan municipal court cases. Online jail records shows 24 year old Monterrius Harrison, who was booked Tuesday (August 27) on 12 warrants where he owes more than $6,300 dollars, was released the next day to be placed on community supervision. Five of Harrison’s warrants were for not having a valid drivers license, three were for not having vehicle insurance, and two was for driving trucks with children riding in an open bed.

Drake Buys a $15 Million Mansion in Texas
The location of acclaimed Canadian culture vulture Drake’s newest Texas property has been revealed: It's a $15 million former resort outside of Brenham in the Houston area. He's just the latest in a long line of irritating rich people moving to Texas, and Drake’s mansion, formerly known as “The Inn at Dos Brisas,” has several casitas and haciendas as well as a greenhouse, a 7,000-bottle wine cellar and an equestrian center. BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - A surface trough near the Texas Coast is bringing disturbed weather in the northern Gulf of Mexico and pushing rain showers inland throughout the day. With the tropical moisture in place, we could see heavy rain, providing a flash flood threat, especially in areas with poor drainage. For this reason, the National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch that will remain in effect until 7 p.m. this evening. Rain and clouds will keep the temperatures down a bit today in the mid to upper 80s for the daytime high.
